This company truly cares about patients and their families. We strive to be the leader in premier care and support for patients and we do just that. The way this company cares about the patients in Hospice or Palliative Care is top notch.

Cons

There could definitely be an increase in pay for certain roles, but I believe that will come with time as the company continues to grow.

I love the Team concept and fellowship. I am to serve our patients with love and compassion. Freedom to support and share what is needed for each family. This is not a job to me but ministry!!

I still disappointed that I don’t see many in leadership roles that look like me!

I have truly loved working for this company since day one. I have transitioned from the hospital to adult hospice and then into pediatric hospice with this company. I would never go back to hospital after working with such an awesome group that doesn’t just look at me as just another number. I really do feel like this company looks out for your well-being as a person and not just their employee. They make sure you you keep a good work and personal life balance. I could go on and on about the great experiences I’ve had with this company

It can sometimes be sad working with children/ adults with terminal illness
