Pros
Some good people who make the days more manageable. Mostly those outside of management.
Cons
Most employees seem to be expected to work 50-60 hours a week getting paid for 40. No bonus, raises, or appreciation for those outside of management. Benefits have gotten worse. They will change your role and responsibilities trying to force good employees out. Very little diversity among the staff.
