Pros

The people I get to work with are talented, dedicated, enthusiastic and always willing to help others learn. Even though the company has doubled in size over the last year it still retains that small company feel and recognizes individual contributions. I love that the company actively seeks out ways it can improve by listening to both long-time and new employees. I feel heard and appreciated.

Cons

The salary is on the low side of the average for my position.

They read the management books and then put it into practice. One of our things is 'We are human' and they really live that out. They value us and our lives and respect the boundaries.
