Work life balance. Good technology.

Cons

401k match. Some get away with doing nothing - a few of those people have been let go but the marketing department remains a mystery. CEO is too nice - doesn't understand the real reasons why people leave, or make changes.

Amazing management team, real innovative and strategic product leadership. Smart, talented people. Startup feel, even though they are an established, stable company. Recent Acquisition by Apax/Duck Creek a huge plus. Exciting place to be as we disrupt the insurance industry!

Pros

With a clear strategic vision and product road map laid out, the company's (and the management team's) focus is set in an exciting direction. Amazing people to work with and hang out with. There is a strong combination of strong work ethic, "down to earth-ness", nimbleness and forward-thinking leadership that permeates through the organization. Solid product set for the insurance industry.

Cons

Need some better 401k matching. And get some better flip cup players. The team is slacking on that front.......
