Good benefits. Opportunities to get promoted. Possibility to move with in the group to other division.

Good place to learn, but only a short while.

Pros

Good benefits, vacation time, schedule flexibility. Great place to learn manufacturing environment, learn to fix older/fragile equipment, and how to make things work with little resources.

Cons

Very little money to spend on improvements, overbearing management team stuns any productivity, and young engineers are not valued. No communication within company. Very over-controlled manufacturing environment. No raises/bonuses. Project management is not logically organized.

Started out ok but now they are slowly blowing it up. No real vision just hanging on milking the giant

lazy people, no upward mobility
