Pros
Management does not value their coworkers & staff. Continuously making ridiculous cuts in staff to boost profits. Let employees go for unethical reasons i.e. To transfer US positions to Jamaica to save money. Eliminate employees for health reasons. No raises or bonuses ever. No appreciation at all for hardworking employees. Cold-hearted blow hards for management. Absolutely no support from management.
