Diverse opportunities to develop your career in various departments with good people on the ground and plenty to do. Corruption and politics are so rife that it cannot be long until this company is taken over by a decent organisation willing to make it a decent place to work.
Cons
rotten to the core with cliques and politics. heard of too many good people and good friends being stabbed in the back by managers trying to stay in a job they are unqualified for. The place is rife with animosity and corruption, so unless you are happy to stay at shop floor level and take your chances that your manager supports the same football team or ethnic group then you should avoid this company like the plague.
