Pros
The salary is a little above similar positions in the region. Coworkers are great people that really want to see you succeed. The vacation and days off are good, if you are not bothered during your days off.
Cons
Bad processing systems, too many managers. Not a good work life balance. I felt that they worked me to death. They don't know how to communicate internally. They change things constantly and get angry with you when you dont do things they way they want, but they didn't tell you about the change. Live in a state of constant confusion. Sales managers can be extremely rude and the company pretty much bows down to them.
