1. Strong safety protocols on-site. 2. Good multicultural exposure with talented technical teams.

Cons

Financial Ethics: There is a severe lack of integrity regarding final settlements. I am owed $15,000 USD in earned benefits that the company has simply refused to pay after a loyal service. Management Failure: Local management takes advantage of employees when they are at their most vulnerable. In my case, they used my physical inability as an opportunity to avoid their financial obligations, betting that I wouldn't have the resources to fight them. Retention: They do not value long-term expertise. Once you are no longer 'useful' to them due to circumstances beyond your control, they will abandon you without a second thought.
