Pros

Management really cares about their employees and their customers and the benefits are significantly better than the competitors - and I've worked for a few over the years. 401k match benefit is twice that of my previous employer, health insurance is better coverage for half the cost of my previous employer.

Cons

I can't think of any - honest!
