Awesome company, management, benefits, pay, on-boarding etc.. They really show they love their staff through interesting and beneficial tax write offs/benefits.

Cons

None that I can think of. Maybe difficult clients but even that is manageable

Very challenging; you will never be bored. Always room for advancement

Cons

Not a lot of training time: I was on the front line of the help desk within 3 days. Helped me learn the job quickly though!
