Pros

It's a small company so you are not a number. All employee get to meet and know the owner, he makes it a priority.

Cons

The company is still very new. So a lot of the company policies are still being created. Management has multiple hats as well as full time jobs, making management not the biggest priority.

Pros

As the headline describes, I've never been a part of a company who truly believed in putting their people ahead of their profit. The core values of Agile depend on the relationship and belief that taking care of the people results in the people taking better care of the customer. It's an innovative way to do business, and it has only shown true in my experience thus far. Everyone seems to be very happy with all of the benefits (myself included), and I feel lucky to have joined this family while they're still a semi-small company; they will not be for long. My advice, get in if you can because they take care of their own. If you're like me, and you were looking for a place where you could find good hearted, honest, and hard working people while being treated fairly and equally with lots of growth opportunities, this is the spot.

Cons

The only cons someone may face is that you are given a lot of freedom to perform. If you are looking to be micro managed and have your day written out in a task by task order, you likely won't find it here. It's an empowering company looking for self starting and motivated people who are here to do the job and to do it well. If you need day to day or hour by hour guidance, you might feel a little bit lost here.

Pros

The company is growing fast which means more future potential for individual employee growth I think, however that depends how well we keep pace with that growth and can maintain it. Welcoming atmosphere and fun culture. Lots of camaraderie. Being a small business allows us to adapt quickly, and allows employees to experience lots of different aspects of their field and learn. Don't feel "siloed."Lots of women in leadership and diverse workforce.

Cons

It has been a great position for me as an entry to my current field/position, though I can see where folks with experience at larger companies would have a hard time adapting to our quirks.
