      Pros

      Great culture. Had a lot of company sponsored events and very forgiving PTO. Forgiving tuition assistance with structured pay back program. Amount owed back decreased every quarter. Stay for a year and you owe none of it back.

      Cons

      Compared to other contracts in the same building, Agile employees were routinely paid less.
