Pros

You have the ability to define your role however you'd like. Free lunch every week or two. Great place as a first job out of college.

Cons

The CEO, Jay Lee, has a narrow focus and experience in government services. His limited experience prevents Agile from truly providing innovative solutions. The free lunch is offered to keep employees working and not leaving the office. Agile works employees long hours and not smart hours. Meaning, the internal process is broken. In order to finish your task, you have to work 60-70 hour weeks. I would not recommend working here if you already have industry experience.
