None, Nada, Nothing, Nix, Zero

Cons

Signs a 6 month contract and then reneges 3 days later say client had cancelled contract. Contacted hiring company and that was no t the case. The hiring company said AES screwed something up. My lawyer will sue them for the full $110k for the 6 months they've screwed me out of.

Pros

The only pro is that you have a job in today's bad economy.

Cons

Got filled in as a contractor for another company through AES. Being working more than a year now. Have no benefits. Never get paid on time. Finance department don't seem to care about my paychecks being delivered on time. Paperwork that AES sent me are unprofessional. They look like written in 1-2 minutes with grammar errors.

Very nice when you have to engage and speak to people

Disconnects Disfunction Communications - Does not communicate back to personnel in a timely manner on items that matter Pay - Does not pay in accordance with agreements on within timelines...Have to engage a lawyer Professionalism --- Very unprofessional in handling organizational affairs & protocol w/vendors Assignments - Assignment details are not always presented as factual
