Worst company to work with, they do too much pressurize employees give unrealistic targets, they have software called workcomposer which is installed in all employees systems which tracks every activity of yours you can't even remove your hand from mouse if you do it will count as a break and this software takes screenshots every 2 minutes which can be seen by your manager and torture you if you seen not working, they don't have any rapport with clients they credit salaries on 15th of every month, for few employees they credit salaries on 5th which are there favorite employees, see here itself you can understand how bad is company culture, please don't join this company so much micro management, manager and directors also doesn't know proper English, for freshers they ask you to sign 2 years bond, if you break bond you will need to pay 2 lakhs rupees
