Pros
There's truly a family feeling to working here. Everyone works hard and cares about what they do. It's a newer company (4-5 years) so they're working on building a culture and vibe as they grow. No fault in trying as they're doing their best, and actually caring...more than most companies can say. Workload is heavy but manageable. Pay is fair, and better than even bigger companies I've worked for over 9 years now. Happy to have found this place. I hope to grow with them. As previous reviews stated "toxic", that's the farthest from the truth. That person was, itself, toxic. The environment is loving and inviting. We're happy the toxic thing is gone, after only lasting two weeks in the company lol. Truth is, AFS has tons of potential based off people who truly care about their jobs who work there. I'm excited for their future.
