Pros

I worked for two of their competitors and lost a few deals to Agilence. The most feedback I received from prospects on why they chose Agilence, they have pleasing dashboards.

Cons

Many prospects who did not chose Agilence said the biggest reason was their arrogance and condescending attitude. I was recruited by them a year and a half earlier and rejected the offer. I rejected it after speaking to several previous employees that shared it was a stressful environment. I learned it was a habit of Agilence to hire competitor employees, learn all they can about their comptetior and let the employee go. I found this to be true. Once I was working for them I found communication to be terrible, help was limited and they did not share internally phone numbers, which I found odd. I was hired for my expertise and I felt I was completely ignored when we discussed strategy. The interview process was over two months and I was let go two months after being hired. They asked me if I had any questions and I said yes; "why am I being let go" and they said they could not get into it.

Pros

The coworkers are great. We would all help each other out, and even when times were tough it really felt like we were all in it together. Some leaders that have since left truly cared about career growth.

Cons

Pay was far below market The leadership/sales org is an "old boys club" CEO micromanages employees, monitoring all customer comms. Will also say he cares about your ideas, then ignore them.
