      Pros

      Agilent has highly smart people to work with. In general, it is a very environment to learn and develop your science knowledge and hardware skills

      Cons

      They have very bad management; Those managers are there for a long long time, and they become lazy of working on technical side and have climbed up the corporate ladder to be in management position

      A great place for R&D, but not so great for productivity

      Pros

      The company allowed me to continue working in the field of research after my PhD. In Italy this is a great thing, and not so many companies have such a good R&D department. The working environment is young and dynamic. The company promotes out of work activities among colleagues and with families.

      Cons

      Many persons don't have a feeling of ownership that is required to improve the quality of our products.
