Pros

Pay is high for graduates and the company car + benefits are very competitive. Overtime is paid from the time you get in your car to the time you get home. On the job training is very good and the colleagues are all very helpful.

Cons

Due to the nature of the job your plans can change at the last minute. You have to really love driving to do the job.

There are a lot of talented employees. The individual contributors around the globe have a lot of skill and potential.

Cons

The company leadership has eroded the faith and engagement of so many employees. There are also bad lower managers who need coaching or new roles. The company is hyper-focused on quarterly financial performance for stockholders. Rather than utilize the skill and knowledge of their workforce to fix the burdensome business process they do layoffs (3 years in a row) thinking they can save money and processes will improve. If you just want a paycheck and can block out the b.s., then join Agilent. Many employees are shopping their resumes around.
