      Many opportunities for interesting work but not for advancement.

      Pros

      Company successful in what it makes. Flex hours, on site fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, fitness track are all pluses.

      Cons

      Decreasing benefits. Poor medical insurance. Stagnant wages. Profit sharing virtually eliminated. Every year the benefits seem to get worse. Training of employees almost non-existent. Too many managers and not enough people actually doing the work.

      Pros

      GOOD people doing the work. They are dedicated and VERY hard working. It is easy to have them as close friends

      Cons

      Management - too many layers without clear sight of it's employees. Politics is bad if you get in the way. I had false charges placed by a manager I never met

      Pros

      Generally kind and helpful people to be working with. Technical staff is VERY intelligent and always willing to assist. Competitive pay and people have a very good chance to achieve an excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As with most companies, management is based almost purely on politics instead of ability. It seems that some supervisors are only put in place to be puppets for high management and those individuals should be trained more thoroughly on how to interact with their employees.
