Bonuses are less and less each year. They rolled over the ESPP Agilent stock to a portfolio that loses money monthly. Only top executives get stock. Hours are long and no teamwork among departments. Jobs are going to India and Malaysia.

No room for growth and managers don't seem to want to grow their employees despite the age gap. Mentoring is almost non-existent and development conversations never happen despite your efforts to have them. Managers are very unknowledgeable and are making wrong decisions and prioritizing the wrong projects because of it. Intern & new hire on-boarding is complex, confusing, and the social networking activities are very dull, unhelpful, and poorly organized.
