      Flexible start time and opportunities to make up missed time.

      Cons

      A lot of time is spent on gossiping about coworkers, manager included. If you don't want to involve yourself in the gossip and just focus on work, you will become the focus of the gossip. This will make it very hard to succeed in your position as you will be targeted and coworkers will refuse to cross train you. All team members are supposed to cross trained but you will be "forgotten" and you will be penalized for it.
