Firing new parents with legal protection even though by law they shouldn’t and other diverse employees. Legacy employees are scared to be on the next round of firing and this creates a toxic environment for employees with less connections. The company paused the best place to work program and diversity program budgets as those are no longer priorities. Think twice before applying.
