Cons
I had an initial phone screening ending with the promise of moving onto the next step in the interview process. I reached out to the internal recruiter via email three separate times, all with no response. It takes two minutes out of your day to send a courteous, professional email letting a candidate know you’re not moving forward. Today (a month later) I received an automated response from Agilent that they won’t be selecting me and the role has been filled. Companies need to do better and treat people like humans and stop wasting our precious time. I can imagine working there would feel a lot like being treating like a cog in a machine based on the horrible interview experience.
