      Pros

      Higher than average salary, and they are more receptive to remote work than most companies.

      Cons

      Hostile/toxic work environment. Expectations are set that are not achievable. Workloads are far too high to keep up with in a 40 hr workweek, which leads to having to work unpaid overtime. I also saw a noted lack of training materials, and experienced trainers, so new hires didn't have a lot of support.

      -Collaborative environment -People take pride in their work

      Cons

      -Upper management is somewhat out of the loop -Perpetually understaffed, so constantly expected to put in the effort/time of more than a single employee -Current CEO has initiated several rounds of layoffs, which has led to the loss of critical employees and skill sets
