Pros

I just started here a couple of months ago and so far I LOVE it. I am so happy that I made the decision to come here. Everyone is friendly, truly collaborative coworkers, strong company. The benefits are good, could be a bit better out of pocket cost wise, but it is in line with some other companies in the valley. 401k has a good match. Great work/life balance so far

None as of yet - not kidding - I am very happy so far

Pros

Benefits are on par with any employer of this size Pay is competitive Work Life Balance is great.

Cons

Room for growth but no clear path or support for achieving it. Growth by acquisition only. Very segmented company. Outdated processes and system make simple tasks overly complex. Basically it is a government job, good benefits but not somewhere for a young person trying to move up and make changes.
