Friendly, slow pace and flexible working environment, nice people, internal opportunities, promised company bonus (yearly rate differs base on revenue), 2 days WFH, comfort zone.

Cons

Focusing on WOW factors instead of essential ground work, non sustainable solutions, lots of manual and paper work, career growth is limited (flat org structure, limited budget for promotion), complex process to get things done, unclear direction and lack of accountability. The company core values sounds promising but weak practicing. Management team is loyal employees for more than 20 years which lead to rigid mindset and not open to make changes, and lack of exposure,
