      Still have rooms to improve although it is a good place to work

      Pros

      A good place for Work life balance. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Lot of information and knowledge can be learned. Have plenty of chances to get training outside.

      Cons

      Still have rooms to improve on the senior management, project and resource management. Lack of documentation and information for some of the tasks inside.

      Pros

      Some Team do have some great leadership. Where ever the employee reports to a foreigner manager that is where he is lucky and for him it is a place to have fun

      Cons

      Some Teams do not have great leadership. An employee reporting to a local indian manager would not be very lucky irrespective of all benefits and promotions - there is a great difference in the experience of Manager in Agilent India and as compare to their foreign counterparts.

      Pros

      Great people, cool technology, good work live balance. I worked in the central laboratories so my opinion may be biased high as this was a more academic environment.

      Cons

      Found some of the employees to be very competitive and found opportunties for advancement to be few and far between.
