      Company values, market position, technology portfolio, competency of senior leaders and most colleagues. Company has a strong benefits package including a 401K with match AND a company funding defined benefit pension plan

      No longer leading the way for employment practices as HP was...Consolidating physical locations so fewer options for working out of an Agilent office.

      Interesting work: very challenging projects, achieve best-in-world results Ethical company: not ashamed of anything that employer has done Good location to raise a family

      Cons

      Mediocre pay package. Disingenuous excuses by management for blanket reductions in benefits. They throw us token bones of appreciation but no real bonus even when results are exceptional.
