      Pros

      Opportunities working with various technologies Around by smart and hardworking people Very good relationship with first and 2nd level managers Working under reasonably pace and pressure most of the time

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunity mainly due to the T&M industry is not growing Very few experience hires from outside. Too much focus “organic growth” could hurt innovation

      Extremely laid back environment Friendly co-workers (for the most part) Lots of interesting work abound Opportunities to work on a variety of different projects

      Infighting amongst engineers can sometimes bring down whole projects Management is often ineffective Too many people have jobs that shouldn't have jobs

      Pros

      Fairly relaxed work environment Flex time and work/life balance Solid financial position of the company Openness and honesty are generally valued.

      Cons

      The company values some job functions more than others of comparable skill level in other disciplines. This leads to odd business decisions. Working here is like being on "survivor" - who will be the last one voted off the island? Many people openly say the only reason they keep working here is for the dwindling health benefits. There is an overemphasis on certain protected categories of employees.
