      Pros

      Very well managed company. Managers are given management training and treat people with respect. Very little politics compared to other companies. High quality employees shows up in mutual respect and top customer treatment.

      Cons

      Limited carreer options in sales offices without relocating to manufacturing/R&D/Marketing centers. Remote management in some areas means limitied visibility. Relatively slow and conservative in making decisions. Corporate oversight limits action in fast moving competive businesses.

      Good compensation Good Benefits overall Flex Time Off - Gernerous Opportunity for Advancement Very good 401K & Retirement Plans They do a great job hiring talented people - thier people are their greatest asset

      Not like the old HP Benefits are EXPENSIVE and not upper tier Like most companies, Agilent is very corporate-like Recognition is lacking in many cases - expectations are extremely high
