      Pros

      Excellent communication with internal & external clients They go above and beyond to make their contracting teams feel supported in the field Contributed to discussions the team has internally for agile practices Team members treat you like family They have 110% respect, accountability, and ethical practices across all business verticals

      Nothing I can think of other than they need to keep hiring awesome people to geow their business!

      Pros

      Agility can be trusted to place people in the right roles based on their skills/experience and career aspirations instead of just placing to get paid. Excellent referral program Fun environment/ startup culture

      Cons

      The benefits weren't that great but have recently gotten better with new health and 401k plans. I imagine PTO will also increase as the company grows.
