      I have the pleasure of surrounding myself with inclusive, caring, collaborative, competitive, focused, motivated, fun, smart, accountable and positive colleagues everyday. Our core values are practiced on a daily basis and help guide our success

      Cons

      this is more of an industry con but it can get stressful in the office to deliver for our clients in this tight candidate driven market. It takes thick skin to be success in this industry.

      Agility Partners has been a wonderful organization to work for! They are a great example of a company that demonstrates their core values day in and day out. They truly value each of their employee's and the diversity that each team member brings to the table. Agility Partners provides phenomenal mentorship with constant support and encouragement!

      Very competitive compensation plan, unlimited PTO, work life balance, hybrid work model, excellent management, supportive coworkers, great work culture, so many perks...

      Cons

      Recruiting is hard. A lot of highs can be followed by a lot of lows. But this has nothing to do with the company.
