Management is hiring without promoting within the company. Some people have been working with Digit for 5 years and have been overlooked for management positions. Other people have incompetent managers and consistently change managers every couple months. I notice a lot of favoritism and bias in multiple departments. People are not treated equally and it is exhausting to watch. I am an engineer who has been with the company multiple years and I have received less than a $10,000 raise. While others have worked 6 months and have received a much higher compensation. This company is growing rapidly but you will not have any growth if you are not liked.

They are disrespectful to employees. They will keep you in the same position because one person does not like you. They will keep you in the same position, while they hire new employees in the same position and pay them more money. They have a lack of inclusion. They don't make their employees feel heard or feel like they have a voice. This is a toxic work culture because the company has not established company values nor behaviors that represent those core values. They don't hold seniority employees accountable for toxic behaviors. They lack female diversity and they have not created a safe place for females. People leave this organization without being mentioned. People get let go without any explanation. I was let go and did not receive any specific examples of why I was being let go.
