      Pros

      The compny is genuinely commited to delivering a great employee experience, in the (so far validated) belief that this will translate to great customer experiences. We're growing like a weed, the vast majority of our customers renew, and the injection of some guidance from KKR seems to be working out. Is it perfect? Of course not! If anyone finds perfect, please post about it for all to see. Meanwhile, this is a fantastic place to be on its best days, and still my favorite gig in a long time even on the worst.

      Cons

      Don't love the bonus scheme setup, though kudos for paying out pro rata for everyone who joins. Lots of meetings, though you could argue that's really good as it's just recreating the IRL experience.

      Pros

      In my role it's always helpful to work for a product and team that you believe in. The technology itself can actually help people and the teams that support it are equally invested in positively impacting their customers.

      Cons

      Agiloft is growing quickly! It's an exciting time to be a member of the team because the potential is outstanding, but the reality of that growth means the only constant will be change.
