      Pros

      I have a long career in software and outside of tech. Only one other time can I remember as a good a team and company that I've had the honor of working with and for and that was in non-profit. Tech is a brutal industry and it's nice to see a place that provides you support and opportunity. Each department works to lift the others up - we're all in it together. Is it perfect? No - but no company is, and I'd rather be part of a team that works together versus against each other.

      Cons

      Again, no company is perfect but where I see areas of improvement it seems that leadership sees also and is working to correct.

      Pros

      The compny is genuinely commited to delivering a great employee experience, in the (so far validated) belief that this will translate to great customer experiences. We're growing like a weed, the vast majority of our customers renew, and the injection of some guidance from KKR seems to be working out. Is it perfect? Of course not! If anyone finds perfect, please post about it for all to see. Meanwhile, this is a fantastic place to be on its best days, and still my favorite gig in a long time even on the worst.

      Cons

      Don't love the bonus scheme setup, though kudos for paying out pro rata for everyone who joins. Lots of meetings, though you could argue that's really good as it's just recreating the IRL experience.
