Pros

- 100% remote, and has been for years - operations weren't as impacted by recent world events as other companies may have been - intelligent coworkers who display brilliance, empathy, and drive day-in and day-out - in multiple years working at Agiloft, I have not had a single negative interaction with a coworker. Disagreements are handled amicably and collaboratively, with everyone's voice being heard and considered - an out-of-this-world company culture, which is no small feat for a remote company. Half-day Fridays in summer, random gifts of branded merchandise, personal and professional development stipends, and countless online resources centered around discussing watercooler-esque topics like food recipes, fitness programs, pets, pop culture, travel, sports, and video games. I feel closer to my coworkers here then I ever did working in an office. - rapid growth and expertise in a field that is expanding significantly, with awards to back it up

Cons

- Like most tech companies, opinions tied to US politics have infiltrated some of the community channels and HR policies in a one-sided manner. Some may consider this a Pro

Great place to work

Pros

Company is in a scale-up phase, so there's ample opportunity to have impact on decisions and process that will play out in significant ways. Growth is encouraged and supported by management, and it's a safe place to learn and develop your skills.

Cons

The flip-side of being in a scale-up phase is that lots of structure and process is missing or lacking, so for those who are uncomfortable living in the "gray" area as things become better defined, it may not be a consistent enough environment.
