Thank you for providing us with feedback on your experience at Agiloft. We are disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience while employed at Agiloft and want to assure you that this is not aligned with our company culture and employment practices. Over the past years, the company has grown exponentially in both Product and People. The Agiloft Product focuses on Contract Lifecycle Management software that is aimed at procurement, legal and sales operations professionals. Agiloft complies with any and all business regulations and labor laws including but not limited to harassment trainings and equitable hiring practices. We have also launched many diversity and inclusion efforts, including a core Diversity and Inclusion team, employee resource groups, and many other initiatives. Specifically, our women’s interest groups focuses on women’s issues within the workplace, within tech, and as part of the global community.
