Pros

- Growing tech company with REAL revenue - Minimal overtime - Very smart coworkers - Lunch provided on Tuesdays - Wine and cheese happy hour Thursdays

Cons

- Takes a while to become a productive employees due to learning Agiloft and procedures - Space in the office is becoming limited (though still more roomier than in SF)

Pros

There is a great atmosphere, everyone is very positive, friendly and welcoming. A very productive environment without everyone being overworked and stressed-out. Flexible start times and reasonable hours, allows a work-life balance. As a growing company, there is a constant stream of new challenges instead of a routine of repetitive tasks, for some this might seem overwhelming but it's great for those who want to expand their skill set and learn. Beautiful location right next to the water. Great Facilities, an espresso machine, several smaller coffee machines as well as soda and snacks. Weekly events such as Wine & Cheese and Take out Tuesday.

Cons

It's apparent the company has grown rapidly as it takes up several of the small offices in the area, whilst the walk between them takes little over a minute, it would be nice to be all together.

Pros

I enjoy working at Agiloft for many reasons: - The staff are ALL smart, thoughtful people. It's nice to not have to worry about egos and politics, and know that everyone is working towards a common goal. You don’t have to worry about alternative agendas or pitfalls while collaborating with your colleagues. - The pay structure encourages a great company culture. Individual initiative is rewarded, but the pay structure also encourages everyone to work towards shared company success by rewarding each and every employee in this success. - Business is booming, and it's exciting to be part of a solution that produces real value and is increasingly sought after. - There is good work/life balance. I’ve never felt pressured to work more than a 40 hour week. In some cases there have been longer hours, but this has been under my own initiative and not through pressure by a higher up. - There are opportunities for professional growth and advancement. If you show initiative, there are many opportunities to grow professionally and expand your skill set. Advancement is based on initiative and results, not politics.

Cons

There are a few cons: - The company is growing quickly, and your manager will probably be stretched fairly thin. As a result, the onboarding/training process will probably be fairly self-directed. - There aren't kegs and ping pong tables. I don't consider this a con, because I want to show up, earn, and go home after eight hours to spend time with friends and family. It's probably not for you though if you're expecting a party bus in the parking lot on Fridays.
