No work life balance especially in V1 team

Salary is good,company location Good infrastructure

Cons

Especially in V1 tem no work life balance. They conduct a morning meeting at 10PM After noon meeting at 5:30PM And end of the status at 8:PM Even after 8pm Also they are expecting to work. I am not aware about all teams .but V1 team is following these timings. I had offered with very good package but still after joining 15days i left the company bcoz of work timings.. If you are put in V1 team then you have to work morethan 14+ hours per day....
