Pros
My team and teammates were great. Business casual attire, work from home opportunities.
Cons
Salary and benefits are low to midland. Management is not focused on providing excellent products to the marketplace. If they were, they would hold the product management leadership more accountable. Instead, it's the fault of sales or implementation or the developers or marketing. Layoffs are frequent, every 6-9 months and affect almost every area of the company. Products are often vapor-ware and rarely deliver what is promised to the customer.
