Good package and yearly bonuses. Good Tech stack Good exposure. Best scope to gain knowledge. Very friendly environment. Open to suggestion. Good work-life balance(based on my team). Managers do hear your concerns and will help a lot Get to learn a lot, no strict working hours, free gadgets, free cabs , free snacks & tea , indoor games, bean bags, fun activities, birthday celebration of employees(quaterly) , festival celebration, annual outing and what not. If you like the fun, don't give it a second thought.
