Worst Company, Worst HR, Worst Management
Pros
I was with Agilysys Technologies for last 3 years only because of colleagues. Attractive STARTING package as per the industry standards- doesn't mean hike will be good Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.
Cons
1.Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit. 2.Likewise as I said Talking about cons there is one man army (Don't wanna name him) the emerging director who is everything in this project. If he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night else you will be cornered. 3. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. 4. Hike's will only be for managers pets. 5.If you can't digest and if you complain to HR. They will go and tell the full story to manager and he will try to corner you in a different way. 6.Does't mean that if you give money you can treat people as a slave. 7.HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with the BU Director. 8.A person can get promotion from team lead to director in 3 years. But a software engineer can't.
