Upper Management needs to do a better job of retaining talent

Pros

Awesome people in the Santa Barbara location. Very laid back. No micromanagers but great organization and direction from the Director, Mike Smith.

Cons

Agilysys does not give decent raises. Some managers can not control their tempers and are not open to any new ideas.

Pros

The people are nice and laid back. Supervisors trust you to do your job and you are not micromanaged.

Cons

The executive team keeps changing, there's a HUGE disconnect between what management sees as reality and reality itself.
