      Pros

      The small size of the company allowed the environment to be extremely friendly and inclusive. Everyone seemed very happy to be there.

      Cons

      A small company in the biotech industry poses risks for job stability but management was good about addressing those concerns.

      Pros

      Great people, very friendly and "wicked smaht". Playful energy. Organization wears its heart on its sleeve as clearly patient focused. Fast paced, very promising science.

      Cons

      ZERO flexibility - great place to work if you're young and you're not tied down, but it is not family friendly. People work literally around the clock, all the time. Expect to be attending meetings, and answering calls/emails 24/7/365. The enthusiasm is great, but you can't help but wonder when folks might start to burn out. No organization to work processes at all. If something works, run with it and run fast regardless of cross functional impact.
