Pros

1. Smooth payroll processing. 2. Always legitimate documentation and proper process followed in HR and Immigration dept. 3. Good 401k match and good funds to choose from. 4. Very responsive employee support team. Overall pretty transparent and no fuzz consulting firm. Glad to work here for a pretty long time.

Cons

Lack direct clients especially in East Coast. Need to improve in Sales expertise. Need to build good relationships with other direct vendors in market.

I found the staff/core team at AgreeYa is friendly and honest. They always responded to my concerns or queries quickly and offered solutions.

Cons

None - they seem to have good client base and were able to place me on projects right away.
