      Pros

      Personable, reachable, and caring recruiters (Paula Davy was awesome). Responsive and friendly office staff (Anna Vuur was fantastic). Competitive compensation, quick onboarding, and continued communication even once placed onsite.

      Cost of benefits is fairly high but might be out of the control of AgreeYa.

      Great consultant company to work with if you are looking for Verizon client

      AgreeYa has great relationship with Verizon and the projects are long term. Does start Green card processing within six months from joining.

      Cons

      Since we work mostly at client location, we are distant from the Agreeya. it would be great, if there are skills development programs which helps us grow technically and as well improve other leadership skills. This would make AgreeYa unique among other consultancy.
