Worst HR Policies:- They are still following policies of the old era of IT companies: 1. Strict 9 Hours/Day otherwise they will deduct the salary of that day. Even they don't follow the rule of 45 Hours/Week 2. Bad leave policies like: - can't club CL and EL, need approval for everything. 3. If you enter the building then you can't even go outside for a minute. This is like a jail. If you go then they will deduct that time from your IN hours and you have to stay late accordingly even if you don't have work to do. Micro management, Cafeteria doesn't have options.
