      Pros

      Agreeya is both a staffing company and product based company. I have been working in Agreeya for around 6 months and working for client. Both company and project are good. I find that some companies are good to join at an early career stage and some companies are good to join at later career stage. I find that it can be joined at any level of experience. Pros: 1. Salary on time 2. Good management 3. Lot of liberty to move your own way 4. Team and leads are technical and good 5. Use of new and latest technologies 6. Evening Snacks for people staying late beyond 7, though with very little budget 7. I see company on a growth track, as of now. 8. Company is trying to maintain its cash. No extra spendings. 9. Work time flexibility 10. Cabs for people staying late, though no cabs in general shift but are waved off by having Good reimbursements. 11. Feedback management system in place, not sure if that is taken forward 12. Annual parties 13. Stabilized system for time and attendance management

      Cons

      1. Team parties only have half yearly budget, that means only 2 times in a year 2. Parking problem as company is growing. 3. Cafeteria ambiance not good but can enjoy hot and freshly made poories on some Fridays that are directly served. Although having good ambiance doesn't matter much.
